Fall break is always an exciting time for the Clubs at Boys & Girls Clubs of Elkhart County, and this year has been no exception! Our Elkhart Club had a particularly memorable experience with an exhilarating field trip.

The Cadets & Juniors of the Elkhart Club embarked on an adventure to A-mazing Acres – a fantastic place for fall-filled fun, exploration, and spending quality time in the great outdoors. This trip allowed our young members to escape the regular routine and indulge in a day of excitement and adventure.

A-mazing Acres provided a perfect setting for these budding young explorers. The vast corn maze challenged their navigational skills and provided an opportunity for teamwork and cooperation. As they ventured through the maze, laughter and camaraderie filled the air, enhancing the overall experience.

But that’s not all! A-mazing Acres had much more to offer. The Club members also had the chance to engage in other exciting activities like hayrides, pumpkin picking, and participating in fun farm games. These activities brought out their playful spirit and added to the joyous atmosphere of the day. The fall break field trip served as a valuable opportunity for our Club members to bond, grow, and create lasting memories.

They developed important life skills such as problem-solving, communication, and collaboration while having an absolute blast. Days like these go beyond mere entertainment – they contribute to the overall personal and social development of our youth.
