Sports and Recreation programs are designed to help all youth become physically literate – having the competence, confidence and intrinsic motivation to be physically active every day. The following suite of programs provide Clubs with the resources to run high-quality Sports & Recreation experiences for youth.
Ages: All Ages
Triple Play, BGCA’s comprehensive health and wellness initiative, strives to improve the overall health of members, ages 6-18, by increasing their daily physical activity, teaching them good nutrition and helping them develop healthy relationships
Girls on the Run
Register your 3rd- through 5th-grade girl for the 2024 spring season! Girls on the Run is a fun, evidence-based program that inspires participants to recognize their inner strength, increase their level of physical activity, imagine their possibilities, and confidently stand up for themselves and others. This year, we’re introducing a new, refreshed curriculum called Hello, Superstar! that will lead your girl through new lessons that expand on self-assurance (including body positivity), fostering friendships, and celebrating what makes them unique! The Goshen Boys & Girls Club GOTR site will meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30 pm to 6 pm.
