In September, our team was privileged to be guided by the expertise and wisdom of two remarkable individuals, Julie Cotton from Next Level Improv and Kathy Blumentritt from The Front Porch, as they led us through a dynamic conflict resolution training session. With eager minds and open hearts, 32 staff members gathered to delve into the art of effectively managing conflicts and implementing valuable strategies in diverse settings.

Throughout the training, Julie and Kathy masterfully navigated us through the intricacies of conflict resolution, imparting insights that were not only applicable within our work environment but also in our daily lives. Their engaging and interactive approach sparked moments of reflection and growth, empowering us to cultivate stronger connections and harmonious relationships.
