At Boys & Girls Clubs of Elkhart County, we are dedicated to providing our members with exceptional opportunities to explore various careers and create memorable experiences that shape their futures. As part of the Club experience, we offer programs designed to introduce members to potential career paths and engage in enjoyable activities both inside and outside our clubhouses. Recently, a select group of members participated in an Awesome Experience sponsored by Genesis Products, which included a day at a local lake.

Chief Advancement Officer Matt Fischer emphasized the importance of exposing members to diverse professional settings and providing them with exclusive experiences. The members had the chance to tour one of Genesis Products’ factory buildings, engage in a Q&A session with owner Jon Wenger, and connect with leaders in the community. Following the educational component, the Club members enjoyed an exciting day filled with outdoor activities, including water sports and a thrilling ride on an inflatable tube.

The event concluded with a delicious lunch and pizza provided by the Genesis team, leaving the members exhilarated and appreciative of the unforgettable experience. This summer of Awesome Experiences is a testament to our commitment to offering meaningful and impactful opportunities to our members at Boys & Girls Clubs of Elkhart County.
