We have an opening for a full-time KidsCare Supervisor in Elkhart.

Plans and/or supervises planning, implementation and evaluation of activities in a high-energy, enthusiastic manner.


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. High School diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a role overseeing school-aged children in a group supervision setting.

  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience working with children and adults required.

  • Experience in program management, staff scheduling, leadership of program staff and participation in activities, goal setting and program implementation.

  • First Aid and CPR Certifications preferred.


  • Implement activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate   practice and program philosophy.

  • Supervise members and participate in site activities.

  • Responsible for preliminary scheduling of staff.

  • Work with program manager to refine a calendar of activities.

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for staff and members.

  • Promote before and after school program to parents and community.

  • Facilitate good parent, school and child relationships.
