JOB SUMMARY:
Develop and coordinate Arts Program for organizational representation. Evaluate Arts Program to ensure programs and activities respond to member needs and address diversity in all forms, religious, racial/ethnic, cultural, political, gender, etc. Initiate meetings to share ideas, curriculum and materials among Art Staff and Volunteers. Coordinate, develop, and encourage talents and abilities of members, staff, and volunteers to foster a diverse arts program reflective of Club.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience, preferred.
- A minimum of two years work experience in art instruction with children required.
- Group leadership skills including to communicate and facilitate a team. Demonstrated organizational project management abilities.
- Reliable transportation, safe driving record, driver license, and automobile insurance required.
