Boys & Girls Clubs of Elkhart County have been changing children’s lives for over 65 years! We have opportunities to mentor youth by assisting with program activities and creating on-going relationships. This position focuses on providing tutoring and academic support individually or in a small-group setting.
- Part-Time Hours- maximum of 12 hours per week
- Regular hours Monday through Friday
- Earn Holiday Pay and Paid Time Off with NO waiting Period

JOB SUMMARY
Facilitate and inspire student learning and creativity.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience working with youth required.
- High energy, enthusiastic personality, and dependability a must
- Experience working with students in a classroom setting
- Pre-employment drug screening, background, reference, and driver’s record checks are required
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Inspire, guide, and support members
- Tutor students between grades 1-6
- Help students with homework
- Supplements tutoring/homework help with educational activities
- Track and report progress of individual students
- Assure that members are held accountable for their behavior
- Perform other related duties, as assigned
