Headshot of Miller

We are so proud to offer this space exclusively for our high school teens. We’re located inside the Freshman Division building. Our growing number of teens have a space all their own where they can develop workforce skills that help prepare them for success. We also offer a variety of activities in sports and the performance arts with caring professionals who encourage and empower our teens every day.

National Arts Contests enable Club members to develop their creativity and cultural awareness through visual arts and design. Comprised of the National Fine Arts Exhibit and the ImageMakers National Photography programs, youth who compete within four age groups (6-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-18) have the opportunity to share their creative expressions with the community by participating in art competitions that are exhibited and judged locally, regionally and nationally. The annual contest launches during National Arts in Education Week in September.

The National Photography Program enables youth to develop their creativity and cultural awareness through the appreciation of photography. The program is designed to help members go beyond snapshots and develop skills to take photographs that can really impact the viewer. The current popularity and accessibility of photography makes it a powerful means to engage youth of all ages in creative programming, while simultaneously teaching them skills they will use for the rest of their lives. For some youth, photography opens a door to creative self-expression that no other art form allows. Others may discover a career path.
