Many of their parents work in the RV industry, but some members at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Elkhart County have never seen the inside of an RV. That’s why area manufacturers are teaming up with the Clubs for RV Days.

Teens tour the inside of an RVIt’s a chance for members to get a closer look and ask questions about their construction and features. Jayco brought several RVs to the parking lot of the Middlebury clubhouse.

In addition to allowing members to tour the RVs, volunteers set up games to allow members to have the same kind of fun they could have during a camping experience.

“We want to show the kids about RVing, how we build them and all the fun activities that go along with RVing,” said Trey Miller, Jayco vice president of marketing. “We’re excited to come out every year to support this great organization.”

Miller said Jayco is a huge part of the community and the leaders want to support organizations in the community.

Similar events are planned at the other Clubs in the coming weeks.
